This DIY is confirmed to work for 09 FX without Navigation. It allows for the Aux input to work while the vehicle is moving. (DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK)
Basically, this is how the Aux input works. Emergency Brake must be on (e-brake wire for the Audio Visual Controller must be grounded) and the vehicle cannot be moving (AV unit cannot detect a speed sensor signal). So, basically for this to work, you need to tell the AV unit the e-brake is on by grounding the e-brake wire and make sure the speed sensor signal never makes it to the control unit.

Grab the silver ring directly below the shift knob and pull it down. It will expose a metal clip. Pull the open ends to the side and take it out. Take the knob off by pushing the button and pulling it up.

Open the lower center console storage bin, using your fingers pull the plate forward.

This next part is a little bit hairy. This part requires the most care. There are six clips that hold the center console trim. One at each corner and two at the center. Lift up at the back end first. When these two are up, slowly use one finger and slide it along the edge between the chrome strip and the piece. Once the driver side’s middle clip is lose, do the same on the other side. DO NOT just lift from the end hoping it’ll unclip the other four clips. Once both middle clips are lose, slowly slide your finger along the opening until the front two clips are off. Lift the trim and disconnect the connector.

The ash tray has four clips. Pull from the bottom until the two lower clips are off. Get a small flat screw driver (be careful not to scratch the ash tray or console) and insert it into where the chips are. Push the screw driver toward the doors in order to pop the ash tray out. Once it’s out, disconnect the connector.

Remove the two screws holding the upper radio panel/AC vent. This is one piece. So slowly lift from the bottom and unclip the three clips on the top.

The AV control unit is the one with the disc slot. It is held in by four screws. Two in the bottom and two at top.

Pull the AV control unit, the wire harness we want to work with is the one on the left of the clip with three black antennae wires.

http://i793.photobucket.com/albums/yy211/lemontree2004/27.jpg

The top row left most two wires are what we will be working with. Wire 107-RED is the Vehicle Speed Sensor wire. Wire 106-VIOLET is the Parking Brake Ground wire. Cut the RED wire and tape them up on both sides so the wire is not exposed. All we want to do is make sure the signal does not reach the AV unit. Next, cut the VIOLET wire and take the side coming out of the connector and connect it to a ground. (One of the four mounting screws is good)

Now put everything back in reverse order. Make sure you connect everything. Take your time or you will forget a connector. Once you’re done, you should be able to use the AUX input while the vehicle is moving.

I'll do an update once I have a chance to look at the wiring diagram for the Nav equipped FX.
